central synchronization is not appear xg firewall

Hello Dears, i need help.

 

My account registration it is fine, but not appear in Protect Menu. 

Sophos XG310 (SFOS 17.0.8 MR-8). Cloud.sophos.com, registred, but not appear firewall administration. I need to use the heartbeat syncronization/app filter for new applications.

 

Please, can help-me?

    We would request the logs from your machine and the error you are getting while adding your Firewall to Sophos XG. Please run the command in advance shell using opton 5>3 

    # tail -f /log/hbtrust.log /log/heartbeatd.log

    Enter the details to connect to Sophos Central and check the logs for the error. You may share the logs for us to check it for you.
