XG Home iPsec can ping but no internet.

I have been trying to get internet access after setting up ipsec but no luck. I can ping my main site from my remote site but I can not figure out how to gain internet access that is passed over the tunnel and returned. In short I have a XG firewall connected to a juniper firewall over ipsec. Ping works but not internet. Am i missing something and does the home addtional even support what im trying to do?

To start, check out the info in #1 of this troubleshooting guide.

For added context of your situation, are you able to provide a simple network diagram of what you are trying to accomplish?

Please do a tracert to check if the traffic is being sent through the tunnel.

The home edition of XG is exactly the same as the business copy, with CPU and memory limitations applied.

When I do a trace route the traffic stops at the XG. And thank for your reply. I wasn't sure if there was a limitation or not.

when you tracert, what are you tracing to? Internal or internet?
