Delivery Failure Notification

Please Help

i have sophos device firwall, when user coneect via VPN SSL connection and whe users sent email , its received this messege

To: xxx@mydomain.com

Subject: Delivery Failure Notification

 

Sophos Firewall was unable to send the following mail:
