Url redirection - Exchange server

I am trying to redirect a public url to a the local url in the LAN on my exchange server.

Public url : https://owa.mydomain.com

Internal url: https://casbox.mydomain.com

How can I achieve this, tried DNAT but cant see much options.

What is the goal of this redirection?

Correct me if I'm wrong:

Do you want that your computers from your LAN reach the exchange server by hitting the public url (https://owa.mydomain.com) and then the traffic redirects to the internal url (https://casbox.mydomain.com) ?
