Sip PBX 3CX Ack

I have configured 3CX access with the following  rule .

Before trying this very effective configuration I have tried a lot of configuration with system module SIP unloaded as suggested by 3CX opening a lot of port, with any protocol, coming from a lot of Clouditalia/Eutelia IP using network rules and SIP ALG disabled as suggested from 3CX getting the same results described below.

The outgoing calls are OK.

The incoming calls are OK

Incoming calls are dropped after 30 seconds.

The problem is due to:

01/31/2019 2:12:01 PM - [CM503021]: Call(C:3): ACK is not received from sip:myphonenumber@62.94.49.134

I am not able to find what blocks the ACK

  • I am not sure what you mean with HB, if is something like Heartbeat I have the following option on pbx that is disabled by default.

    I have discovered the error origin.

    I have changed the IP Address Used for Voip and I don't have updated the IP shown in the picture below.

    After the change everything work fine.

  • I have the following suggestions:

    - Publish an official web page showing how to configure the SIP for 3cx; it is very simple but I have reached the results after some tentative.

    - Normally 3CX suggest to disable SIP Alg due problems; Sophos XG function very well with SIP and this should by clearly stated.
