I have configured 3CX access with the following rule .
Before trying this very effective configuration I have tried a lot of configuration with system module SIP unloaded as suggested by 3CX opening a lot of port, with any protocol, coming from a lot of Clouditalia/Eutelia IP using network rules and SIP ALG disabled as suggested from 3CX getting the same results described below.
The outgoing calls are OK.
The incoming calls are OK
Incoming calls are dropped after 30 seconds.
The problem is due to:
01/31/2019 2:12:01 PM - [CM503021]: Call(C:3): ACK is not received from sip:myphonenumber@62.94.49.134
I am not able to find what blocks the ACK
