Configuration QoS for local network

Question

Hi all. 
 I have XG firewall. 
 I have from Interner provider speed: 
 - download: 22Mbits 
 - upload: 10Mbits 
 How do I configuration QoS for local network? 
 I think example: 
 In network is connected 3 devices, 
 so speed of internet will 7Mbits/down and 3Mbits/up for one device. 
 How to do configuration Sophos XG for automatic dividing speed of Interner by how much is current connected devices in local network?

There are a few articles on this, are you basically looking to traffic shape in 1/3's for each device of your total bandwidth? 
 
 If so I think this will help you the best, remember to figure out how you want to separate each device/user in your traffic shaping before you begin, i.e. user level or firewall rule level.
