This site can’t be reached

Question

I am trying to access this website from inside mine network and i got this message "This site can’t be reached"
https://www.suntrust.com/

All connection attempts just timeout, including traceroute and ping. I can access the sites from outside, and also through a VPN inside the network. Also, I ran a policy test everything works fine( Allowed the website in the network). Can someone help me solve that please.

Hi Solo509, 
 While creating the DNAT rule, please ensure you have created the reflexive rule. This rule is created along with the DNAT rule as per our KBA. Also, apply NAT MASQ while creating this rule.
