where is 17.5.0 iso download?

Hi,

I had hardware issues and now need to reinstall Sophos, my backups are on 17.5.0 but when i download the installer it seems to be 17.1.4 version.

Anyone know where i can download it from?

As i mentioned previously from the portal i only get the option to download version 17.1.4.

can anyone suggest something as currently my firewall is down?

If i was to download an older version and upgrade to 17.5 MR1 will i be able to restore from 17.5.0 GA backup?

When you go to that screen, have you manually put in the serial number of you XG and then search

Are you using your own hardware for a Virtual installation of have a Sophos XG model?

Hi,

I am using my own hardware, i have tried going via the link and only download available is 17.1 version. It seems like only updates have been released for 17.5 but no installers as yet.

My only solution is to install again with v17.1.4, update to v17.5, then restore backup

You will find download links within the link below, but this is for the v17.5 EAP and is beta 2. Not sure this is the right approach though and not recommending or advising to use this version. Just trying to help.

I have the installer for the Beta so might try that and restore from my GA backup.

nothing worked its a shame, i cant either find an installer or update for the GA release. I am currently on latest version but does not restore from the GA version.

Looking positive now had to update the IPS updates and seems to have taken the backup. Sophos need to make all versions available as someone could face issue as this if backup is an older version with no software to be found.

Most likely your issue was caused by the new TALOS Pattern, which needs some time to install.
