firmware upgrades. how to roll back more than one version.

Good morning all,

i'm hoping some one can help answer this question for me.

I'm using a XG 125 as a perimeter firewall for our VOIP network (40 users) and DMZ network. currently this is working very well.

I usually upgrade the firmwares as soon as they arrive to keep this box up-to-date, but a few months ago i installed SFOS 17.1.3 MR3 which totally trashed our internet connection.

The connection was up and down every 3~5 minutes when under load!

This was a problem as when tested the update it worked fine OOH, then when users started to use phones, it caused the problem.

To resolve this I rolled back to SFOS 17.0.8 MR-8 (which I'm currently using).

I know there is a newer version (17.1.4 MR4) and 17.5 on its way, which i'm tempted to test, but i don't want to jump two updates and not be able to roll back to my working 17.0.8.

Is there a way I can keep a backup of this version incase i need to roll back to it?

as the portal only shows the last 2 versions, I'm also not sure how to upload an older version.

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Many thanks

Dave
