how to block the vpn of the browser opera?

Hello
I can somehow block the vpn of the browser opera. I have a web rule that blocks access to the sites (youtube, facebook) and in applications I have the rule to deny the proxy and tunnel category.
but with this browser I can access that site.
I do not have the option to decrypt and scan https, since it blocks all the pages any suggestion.

It would possibly work with Application Control. This would need sophos to give the possibility to check unencrypted Datastream to determine the Application.

No SSL Inspection (Decrypt and Scan HTTPS), no Application Control. You need to import Certificates on your PC for SSL Inspection. https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123048

One other solution could be to figure out where Opera's VPN Servers are located and then simply block traffic to them.
