Can we customise "this website is a security risk" block page for SSL decryption/scanning

Hi all,

We have SSL decryption/scanning enabled, and "block invalid certificates" is checked.

My question is, can we customise the block page that appears when a user tries to access a site that is blocked by the above setting.  It appears to be a different page than under Web > User Notifications, changing the content there doesn't affect this page, and we'd like to add instructions / contact details for our helpdesk.
