FTTH with VLAN id no connection

Hi everyone,

I got a line, a FTTH, which came with ONT and its own router/modem. Now I've requested the details to connect the FTTH with my own router and I think to use XG to handle this, but it dosen't work.

Theese are the details provided by the ISP:

PPPoE: Fixed
USER-VLAN: 835 in 802.1Q
User ID PPP: my username
Password PPP: my password

Editing the WAN interface, enabling VLAN option under VDSL tab, the status is continous "connecting..." but without obtaining any ip address.

So XG can not handle this kind of connection or what else?
