Can't access to my web site from LAN

Hello,

I just want to inform you that i can’t access to my website (https://www.apbt.org.tn) from LAN with my Sophos Firewall (SN :C06615451219-PS1E6B), this happened when i’ve applied the web policy but when i don’t use any web policy i can access and there is no problem.

NB: this website is in the outsite of my network

You need a loopback rule for user in LAN to connect the outside public IP on XG.

Why would web control cause that to happen? Just curious....

This is not web control issue.

It was caused with Asymmetric routing and blocked by XG.

↑Only one way pass through XG.

So we need a loopback rule to do NAT for LAN user.

I have graphic explain on my website (but this was written by Chinese).
