Can't access to my web site from LAN

what for web policy did you use   (block newly observered domain ) or some other?

no i don't use any policy to block this domain but in the ather side(website there are WAF)

Could you please provide us the firewall rule configured on both Sites A and B? Also, the on which site is web filter applied? Do you see any entries in the log viewer that could determine the issue ?. I would recommend to check using Allow All web filter policy and check if that would work.

the web filter is confegered in my side(sophos) but When i use Allow all web filter i can't connect to this website

can you show the logs from the web filter where the website is being blocked?

also with the web filter the log show  that the website is allowed  

I am confused, you are saying you can access the website with the web filter off, but when the web filter is on you cannot access the website?

And there is no mention of the site being blocked in the web filter logs?

Is this a internal name/IP or are you still accessing the external site name/IP?  

it is an external website and i'am sure that log show's that am allowed to acces to this website but when i apply any web policy as well allow all i can't access to this website 

So you enable web control, then monitor the web control log in real time, try to access the web page from a specific computer and do not see that computer being blocked in the web control logs for any reason.

That is weird, usually once I determine what is the cause of an issue like this I confirm it is getting blocked in the logs to get a better understanding of why, something that will point me in the right direction.  Without that it can be difficult to understand what part of web control is blocking it.

in the other part (outside) where is the hosted website there is WAF (barracoda)
it can cause a problem of access when I apply a web rule?

Is it accessing this through port 443 or 80?   I am just confused as why the logs are not showing some type of deny if it is not allowing access???

Also if you know this is legit traffic why not make an exception in web filtering?

Can you take a screen shot of what is displayed in the web browser when you attempt to access the site?
