SSL VPN Issues accessing local resources!

Hey,

I have a really strange problem. I configures SSL VPN and it is working as supposed to. I can ping interal servers without any problem. But when I try to access a local ressource like a network share or connect to VNC I have problems.

For VNC. I can establish the connection but I only get a black screen. When I try to access a network share I always get a timout. The only thing which is working without any problems is the RDP connection. And the strange thing is, after I connected to a PC via RDP => VNC is working properly and I am also able to access a network share.
