 outgoing email working fine 
 incoming not working telnet not working 
 
 in transparent mode telnet works an mails come in

Hello Ottmar, 
 A couple of things: 
 
 Have you made sure that SMTP is allowed in the Device ACL under Administration > Device Access?

Is the auto created MTA rule at the top of the Firewall rule list?
