An RPC error was thrown by the RPC Runtime process

I am getting an error on RPC. I have hosted two exchange server and WAF protection server is giving me RPC error and client is continues asking username and password who is setting on WAN.

I disabled the WAF Protection rule, Antivirus, and RPC is also added in Exceptions rules.

I have created Only One rule for Exchange anywhere and General because I have only one Domain for all.
