Wildcard cert

What format did you upload the cert in and did you upload the private key?

If you import a cert without the private key it can only be used for remote verification but to use it as part of the servers and webservers, you need the private key :)

I've imported the certificate in cer fomat , I don't remember having imported the private key in other installation just to use it as cert in user portal

You require the private key in all scenatios where you need you apply digital signage and key encipherment which is the mainstay of TLS/HTTPS communications.

You will need to reupload the certificate as a cer/pem/p7b with the key separately in the upload process or as a pkcs#12(pfx) which is the cert chain and private key together.

Once you have done that you can use it in the webadmin.
