After an investigation with the Sophos agent (Update problem), and after several tests I see that the problem with the update fail resides in the XG Firewall. If the "Always cache Sophos endpoint updates" option is disabled in PROTECT/Web/General Settings, the agent is updated correctly. How can I clean/solve the problem in order to keep the option active in the XG.
