STAS - Concurrent users.

Hello guys,

I'm researching about STAS authentication, and I'm having a question I can not heal.
When a user is authenticated by STAS, in the apliance it appears in the "current activities" menu.
I noticed that every user gets tied to an IP.
When I access multiple stations on the network with the same user, they appear on the STAS client, but the same user with multiple different IPs
does not appear in the Current Activities menu. Therefore, only one station can surf the Internet. The rest are blocked access.
That's right? Does it only work this way, or is there any setting that allows the same user to access
the internet from multiple stations?

I'm using the XG230 Firewall.

Thank you.

  • Hi,

    Thanks for your reply!

My screenshot was just an attempt to illustrate the question. I can not find any authenticated user twice.

When I access a station, the user appears normally, but when I access another station with the same user, nothing happens.

In the logs the access attempts from the second station are denied because there was no authentication. The column where the authenticated user should appear is empty.
