MTA mode, the mail cannot be automatically resent after failure, and there is no return letter, how can i do?

Hi Ben,

The firewall will drop the connection after 3 attempts, if the issue is recurring again with a healthy ISP connection then I would recommend to open a support ticket with Sophos.
