I have a Sophos XG 330. I have quite a few vlans, lets say 300 or so. Is there a limit to how many DHCP Servers I can have on the XG 330 before I run into problems?

Unfortunately, I don't think we have this specific limit listed. But 300 VLANs should be okay (the max system limit is 4096 per interface). Please note that your actual performance may vary as this is relative to the rest of your system load (connections, firewall rules, web/email proxy, IPS, etc.)
I would advise to speak to your Sophos account manager to get in you touch with a Sales Engineer to discuss your setup.
