We have two Sites, Site 1 has an SG330 and Site 2 has an SG135
With the update to Firmware SFOS 17.5.0 GA we were given the option to use the "Central Synchronization" option.
I was able to register both firewalls and they both appear as managed in the "FW Management" in Sophos Central.
However i am unable to connect to Site 1, while Site 2 works as expected.
Looking at the log: /log/centralmanagement.log for Site 1 I see the following output.
2019-01-14 09:05:38 INFO central-connect[10073]:209 main:: - Polling for SSO to PIC-URI [https://utm-cloudstation-us-east-2.prod.hydra.sophos.com]
2019-01-14 09:05:39 INFO central-connect[10073]:245 main:: - got response of poll for SSO.
So it appears to be connecting appropriately, but when I try and connect from Sophos Central I get.
I read that this could be caused by delay in communication between Sophos and the firewall, but this doesn't seem to be a factor given that both sites share the same ISP and geographical location ( they are about 3 blocks apart) and Site 2 has a significantly slower internet connection.
Could this be an issue in between different hardware, or is there another log that I should be looking at.
Appreciate any input.
