Firewall is not able to reach Sophos Licensing System

I have some problems with a home use XG Install:

 

After installation i want to go through the basic installation; the second step is to configure the Internet connection.

I set that to the right Port where is an dhcp server from the router is running so I set the dynamic configuration method.

At the next it tests the Internet connection and that goes till point 4. The last one, where it trys to go to https://eu-prod-utm.soa.sophos.com failes

 

I tryed from the advanced shell to access this URL and get the following:

But when I access to the server directly (not from that XG), then I get the following:

And the certificate is okay there:

What is wrong with my one? I testet it with 17.1.4, too. I installed both severel times, I used the original second Port... Always I got the error.

 I hope anybody can help me
