We currently have phone servers set up at a couple locations and although VoIP calls are working correctly to our external provider (UDP 10020 - 10276), our SIP 5060 traffic is being dropped and not leaving the appliance. We have captured packets on the phone system, but they seem to stop at the device and not make it out of our external WAN IP.
SIP module is unloaded, UDP timeouts have been adjusted. The rules I have in place are to allow the data UDP ports above back into the phone server, as well as 5060.
I am at a loss - it seems I should be seeing SIP traffic in both the packet capture utility and the log viewer. I've also ran file dumps on the XG and viewed them in WireShark.
I can provide any configuration settings needed if someone can help.
