Connect to Sophos XG via serial - using putty

Hi,

because of stupid config by myself a Sophos XG is now unavailable.

I now try to connect to the XG using serial cable and putty following this thread:

But I only get this:

Any hints?

COM Port must be right, because somethings happens only when I turn on/off Sophos.

speed is 9600.
