We are facing a issue in Sophos XG. Our HR dept is assigned with two Usernames email ID's, one is with their names like john@something.com and other one is hr@something.com. Users are logging in with their generic ID's like John@something.com and use firewall as a proxy. But when they try to access the internet sophos blocks and mention with their usernames with Hr@something.com. I want to know why Sophos is showing this username hr@something.com instead of john@something.com while they are logging in windows with john@something.com.
