IOS APP UPLOAD

Hello Team

I am using Sophos XG125 Firewall for WAN.

Our IOS developer are facing problem while uploading IOS app.

we have use app filter. If we remove app filter than there is no problem in uploading but when we use app filter in our firewall rules. It slow down ios app upload.

Can you point me in some direction, so that i can troubleshoot this problem.

Hi,

what exceptions do you have in place, they should only affect incoming traffic?

With your Application policy what have you included?

If you check log viewer while one of the Apps is being uploaded do you see any errors.

There additional diagnostics, but you will have to wait until a more experienced forum member reviews your posts.

Hello

I have not use web policy in my Firewall rule. Do i have to add or look for exception, even though i have not use web policy in firewall rules?

And in my application filter.. I have blocked Torrent, VPN and Proxy.. I have just selected all the option provided by Sophos XG 125.

Did both of you already checked the live log for app control? Maybe there is a false Positive in our app control.
