can not access url : https://connect.allplan.com/

Dear all, 

I have a problem in my xg (SFOS 17.1.3 MR-3)

I before i can access url https://connect.allplan.com/ but from this morning, i can not . It show that this site cant be reached ( on my network) another is ok. This website has no problem 

My firewall rule or web set as default, no filters or change

i need an advice for this matter. Thanks

PS: if i want to unlock access to url , please show me step to do it . Thanks
