1 to 1 natting XG Firewall

Hi,

Im just new to XG firewall world and i want to do 1:1 natting. before we were using Cisco Firewall the command would be static inside, outside

i want to publish one internal server with dedicated public ip address.

How can i accomplish this in XG firewall?

      LAN                                       Public IP

192.168.100.20/24              123.123.123.4/29

Thanks,

Nidz

  • I cannot follow your requirements.

Do you want to publish a 1:1 NAT

    • 1:1 NAT (whole networks): Maps IP addresses of a network to another network one-to-one. The rule applies either for the source or for the destination address of the defined IP packets.

Or do you want to simple "DNAT" a Server?

  • Hi LuCar Toni,

I need only 1 specific ip address in the internal LAN to be map to different PUBLIC IP address.

Our ISP gave us 6 Public ip addresses and already use one for our gateway and 1 for our Exchange Server which i want to be map to 1 public ip address.

I am not sure how we call it in Sophos XG firewall but in Cisco Firewall they call it Static NAT(1:1).

    Thanks,
