Can't add DDNS hostname (myfirewall.co)

I'm not able to use Sophos DDNS service from last few weeks. Please help to rectify the issue. Thanks.

Below are the errors when I try to add new ddns hostname (xxx.myfirewall.co)

    First of all, do you have multiple WAN Interfaces? 

    Second, you should perform a telnet from CLI.

    telnet 52.26.29.75 443

    Yes I did it. 

    First, I telnet to primary.wing.sophosxl.net 443, 80, 6060 and 6061 was successful

    then, I telnet to peak.wing.sophosxl.net 443, 80, 6060 and 6061 wasn't successful (52.26.29.75).

    but now, I'm able to add the the DDNS hostname and last update status shows "Success".

    The Sophos (myfirewall.co) not updating to the public DNS. Seems like there is some issue updating DDNS record.
