XG115 temporarily unavailable

Hello community,

starting 3 days ago my XG115 was coming unavailable multiple times. It started with 10 hours, then 3, 5 and so on. Today it is unavailable for 14 hours now.

Restarting the XG doesn't solve the problem. My first thought was the internet connection as when the XG comes online again it is sending the mails that the GW was down and got up again.

When I could access it again there was nothing in the log except the GW down and up information.

I'm on vacation so right now I don't have physical access to the firewall but one of my coworkers tried to access the firewall on the internal port and gets an error about a wrong configured TLS setting and the browser is denying the connection.

When it gets online again we can access the XG without any problem.

I am not sure what to do next as a restart doesn't help at all.

Could it be that the firewall is getting attacked by DDOS or something similar and the services are crashing ?
