I have 10 XG models in the field. I have tired to manually update them to the new 17.5 firmware. Only 1 took the upgrade the rest will upload the file, flash the green bar at the top of the screen saying upload successful, then immediately flash a red bar saying it failed. I have downloaded the image twice with the same result. Anyone else install 17.5 successfully?
