Site to Site Tunnel IPsec - Down- und Upload sehr verschieden

Hallo zusammen,

habe 2 Sophos mit Site tot Site IPsec verbunden. Die Internetleitungen sind beide synchron. Trotzdem habe ich sehr unterschiedliche Download und Upload Geschwindigkeiten. Der Upload auf die eine UTM scheint bei 355kps irgendwie konstant zu laufen während der Download teilweise mehr als das 10fache und somit ok ist. Hat jemand eine Idee.

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. [:(])

    It looks like you've been here for awhile, but I must have missed your earlier posts - welcome to the UTM Community!

    Additional questions:

    1. What version of UTM - 9.510?
    2. Do you confirm that the tunnel is between the two UTMs and not with an endpoint behind one of the UTMs?
    3. If either UTM is on your own hardware, what NICs are in use for the Internal and External interfaces?
    4. How are you measuring the speed - downloading a file from a computer in site A to one in site B?  What happens when you try the download from the other computer?

    Sorry Folgendes Setup:

    Standort 1:

    SG330 mit Version 9.510-5

    100 Mbits Up & Download

     

    Standort 2

    SG 135 mit Version 9.510-5

    25 Mbits Up & Download

     

    Test war eine Datei von einem Server Sandort 1 zu Standort 2 zu kobieren und zurück (beide Server HP G8). Die Richtung Standort 1 zu 2 ist langsam die Richtung Standort 2 zu 1 ist schnell und nutzt die Bandbreite von Standort 2 aus.

    Am Standort 1 läuft  auf einem Server die Enterprise Console von Sophos zum verwalten der Endpoint Secruity - auch für den Standort 2. Die Endpoints werden somit nicht über die UTM verwaltet. Verbindung ist AES 256 verschlüsselt.

    Es git auch noch einen Standort 3. Hier ist das Verhältnis deutlich besser. Die Tendenz ist zwar ähnlich, die Werte sind aber deutlich näher aneinander. Mit den MTU Werten habe ich schon gespielt, hat auch ein bisschen was gebracht, aber auf beiden Seiten (Up & Download)

    3. Are there other devices active that might cause the measurements to be misleading?

    4. Please show pictures of the Edits of the IPsec Connection and Remote Gateway from both devices.

    When you say that you're copying both directions, are you uploading and downloading from the same server?
