[Sophos Notification] Advisory: Sophos DDNS is unable to resolve

Hi Community,

Some customers using Sophos DDNS were experiencing intermittent DNS resolution issues.

The issue has since been identified and fixed. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued patience.
This KB article was published alongside an SMS alert to notify customers.

Should you continue to experience issues, please raise a support case and PM me.

Are you sure this is resolved? I am testing an xg home device and getting ddns errors with sophos.

Still an issue. I decided to give XG a try over UTM. Along side my leery expectations, I tried DDNS for Sophos. Got hit with temporary unavailable banner.

Come back UTM....

It's quite sad that such a important service runs so badly.
If Sophos had made clean migration of features from UTM>XG, they also had migrated all of the DynDNS-providers which where available on the UTM.

Now stranded again with DynDNS....
