DDNS service is temporarily unavailable

Is the Sophos DDNS service DOWN? I couldn't resolve to newly changed dynamic IP from 8.8.8.8 and even from few other Public DNS Servers.

 

I am also not allow to delete the DDNS as it prompts with the below error.
