Our customer's XG 135 power button twinkles with red and blue light after power loss, and can't login.
Re-plug the power cord doesn't work...
What's wrong with it?
And how to fix?

Seems like it is broken.
Red Indicates, the appliance is turned off and ready to be turned on.
After Power lost? Maybe something break in this stage. Would suggest a RMA with Sophos Support.
