CF/HDD

i have cyberoam CR50ing and it wont connect, the CF/HDD light is always off , could someone plz tell me what is the problem and how to solve it ? please help me guys thnak you

If it is a business and running a business hardware then start a support case. If it is an old box repurposed then change the disk.
