Site to Site Ping one Way - Remote to head office ok but not Head Office to Remote

Question

Hello, I've got a probleme with site to site configuration 
 Site to Site Ping one Way : Remote to head office ok but not Head Office to Remote 
 
 Add an information : 
 At Head Office i can access Sophos from Wan at 92.92.123.XXX but my public adress is : 193.252.19.XXX 
 Perhaps a route pb ? 
 
 I mount a VPN IPSEC, the firewall rules seems ok 
 Head Office 
 
 One off the branch (the pb are on all site)

Ok i found my error, i test on a PC with 2 ADSL connexion 
 
 So i test on an other computer and everything is ok.
