Finding SPAM in my Network

Hello 

 

i'm receiving so much SPAM mails, i have sophos in my network, but i want to know how to find the pc or laptop is sending SPAM on the network using the tools in my Sophos XG230

 

someone can help me to find the spam device?

    Hi,

    do you have smtps scanning enabled, also do you have certificates installed on all your devices. My experience is that the devices that don't have certificates, the XG shows the mail going to them as spam.

    What email clients are you using? What ports are they configured on? You can use the log viewer -> email.

    i use rackspace email services with SSL ports

     

    my ip is blacklisted, not by sophos

    in the log viewer email don´t have any info, because my email is not integrated to the sophos firewall
