out and back in same public ip?

How would I go about making it so traffic within my network 192.168.1.0/24 with a static ip of 1.2.3.4 can contact 1.2.3.4 within the network and still be able to get routed back to the proper device within 192.168.1.0/24?

IE I'm hosting my own web server and want my devices on the same network as the webserver that are getting my public ip of the web server to be able to connect back into it? (Let's say I don't have an internal dns to rectify this)
