AD Authentication randomly asking

Authentication failed

Good day!

I have a critical issue in my sophos xg home

i have integrated Sophos XG with AD 2012,And enable SATS, and everything is OK,

User can access internet directly once he login to PC thru AD,but sometime user logout and redirect to login page to add AD user name and password to continue internet browsing.

and some user once he login to PC user authentication page open to add his user name and password manually.

STAS should not redirect you to anything. Or do you use the option "Show captive portal to unknown users"?

Seems like your STAS is struggeling with WMI Requests.

Verify, this GPO Policy is deployed and working like mentioned in the KBA.

Thanks for the reply Dear ,

1. AD placed on WAN (STAS installed here)

2. Read Only Domain Controller, XG Firewall and Users are at Same LAN.

is it require to install STAS on Read Only Domain Controller or not ?

My understanding is that if the user is member of AD he didn't prompt authentication for Internet .
