Difference between XG UTM and XG Firewall?

Hi 
 
 I am a little confused: Whats the diffrence between these two products? Seems there is only a home license for "XG Firewall". 
 
 Or in other words: Is the "XG Firewall Home" a/the full replacement for UTM 9?

Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition is a fully featured version of the business use XG Firewall but restricted to Home Use and is available here: www.sophos.com/.../sophos-xg-firewall-home-edition.aspx . XG Firewall is our latest firewall OS, is brand new (launched 9-Nov-2015) and therefore is significantly different from UTM 9.
