Well what shell I say? My customer just say there is no Quarintine Digest Mail beeing sent in their inbox. What can I do about it? In the log viewer I don't see any mails from 127.0.0.1 to my Exchange Server.
So I don't know why Sophos XG doesn't want to send them. I even don't know how to diagnose this sh*t. In the users the quarantine digest is activated for every user (that would be to simple though).
