Clean XG 210 Cache

Question

Hello,
I'm having a problem with a government page from my country, Argentina, the page is Afip.gob.ar.
To some users it shows an authentication error, the weird thing is that this does not always happen.
We have an XG210 (SFOS 17.1.2 MR-2) and so it shows the log is not blocking this web.
My question is if there is any way to clean the web cache of the FW?

Hi Mariano, 
 It does not seem to be a cache issue but we need to confirm the same. 
 Do you have 2 or more ISP connection congiured in Load Balancing mode in Active state ?. 
 If so , verify the settings if the connection is persistent. 
 
 As for caching , you may disable the option on Web Filter as shown below
