No internet behind red 15 device

Hi

 

I have a few sites that use the red 15 devices and none of the site have internet.

I have check with the ISP and there is nothing wrong on there side.

Each site uses a LTE router to get internet connection from there it connects to the red device, any thing behind the red device has no internet.
