Question

Hello guys 
 
 I am trying to install to a pc an advanced monitoring agent and when I install it it gives me an error telling me that the Installation failed-Antivirus engine download failed. 
 I went to troubleshooting and says that I need to have full access to the domain breck-files.logicnow.us and then it says that I need to download from this URL: breck-files.logicnow.us/.../maxav_x64_20170921.exe but when I press enter the firewall doesn't let me download from the site. Can somebody tell me what I need to do to be able to download from this URL.

 change your firewall to allow exe files to be downloaded.

 As mentioned you should see in the Log Viewer which policy have affected your download and you may check that policy to allow the exe file, You may also check if there is any Download restrictions set on the web filter .
