Can't use WAN Alias for HTTP based Policies

I can't create an HTTP-based policy if I use my WAN Alias as hosted address.

Please help.

EDIT: HTTP-based policy using WAN alias is now working when I updated to MR-2.

We cannot use WAN alias for http based policies at this point, its being worked up on right now.

Our web servers can’t be effectively protected due to this failure.

If you are a customer with an XG license, there is a patch available. However, the upcoming MR-1 release will override it, the permanent fix for this will not be available until SFOS v2 is released.

actually, the permanent fix for this issue should be available with SFOS v1 MR-2.

Hi,

you have to open a support ticket. Support will provide the patch for you.
