SSO works for some ip address and does not for some ip address

Question

I started facing this problem recently. SSO doesnt work for few user, i have to issue a new reserved ip address for the machine then SSO works. I have possibly checked all the configuration in server and in cyberoam couldn't solve the issue.

Hello iqwan, 
 Could you check on your system events with Event ID 4768 ,if the authentication is successfull . Check the username and relate them with the STAS logs .
