Sophos SSL VPN Error installing Client

Question

Hey all, 
 I have a user who downloads the SSL VPN client / config for Windows from the Portal fine but when installing gets an error

I have downloaded the same client and installed fine. 
 Surfing the internet a few people seem to haver had a similar issue but no joy on what they did to fix. 
 
 The PC is Windows 10 x64 Pro 
 Anyone had this or know how to fix?

Hi M8ey, 
 It does seem like the issue is caused by creating a Virtual Adapter , this can be rectified by disabling UAC and running as Administrator. Could you check if the Permission is denied by a Security application on those machines ?
